We have worked with many different web hosting companies, large and small. We also know Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and Node.js frameworks like Gatsby and Jekyll. We know how to speak their language to get things done. If there are any server-related issues, we will work with the hosting company/service to get them resolved.

At present, we do not provide technical support for WordPress Multisite, WordPress Multi-network, or WordPress.com sites. However, we do provide content and design management for these sites.

Yes. We can handle any type of site. Please contact us if you need specific help. We can set up a custom plan.

Yes. However, there are no refunds after payment has been processed, but please contact us by writing, and we will cancel future payments.

Yes, we can create a plan where the payment reoccurs once a year, rather than on a month-to-month basis.

We provide services for sites that have a team of contributors and are able to collectively work in unison. All while keeping your WordPress core and plugins up-to-date, this service can help the success of your site and contributors.

Backups are stored securely either on our Amazon S3 or Dropbox.

A monthly support ticket is valid for that month and does not roll over to the next month. The time is for 30 minutes of work. Support tickets are great for text updates, tech support, photo updates, or other basic content revisions. Any work performed over the 30-minute limit will be billed on an hourly basis. Our current hourly rate (Jan 2023) is $200 per hr.

For example, you might need to update your restaurant menu, make changes to your team or employee roster, or fix a broken link to an outdated article. You may also run into technical updates, like when your Instagram feed plug-in is upgraded to the latest version but needs a visual adjustment to display properly on your site. These are all perfect examples of tasks covered under our website management services.

Our website management services are limited to one domain. For instance, if we’re managing your site at myamazingproduct.com, that coverage does not extend to a second site like myOTHERamazingproduct.com.
