Need to update your website on a regular basis but don’t have time? We offer support tickets with our Luxe and Pro plans. Use support tickets for text or photo updates to your site. An example could be the following: changes in your restaurant menu, changes within your company employee roster, or perhaps you just need to fix a broken link to an outdated article.

Please note: There is a $75 set up fee for sites that were not originally developed by Willhouse. An administrator account and access to server via FTP/SFTP is required to set up service plan.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Does it matter which web hosting I am using?

We have worked with many different web hosting companies large and small. We know how to speak their language to get things done. If there are any issues we will work with the hosting company to get them resolved. In most cases we can develop solutions.

Do you offer 24/7 technical support?

We offer support tickets which, under most circumstances, are answered within 24 hours. Once you sign up for a maintenance plan starting a support ticket is as easy as sending an email.

Do you support WordPress Multisite or WordPress.com sites?

At present, we do not support WordPress Multisite, WordPress Multi-network or WordPress.com sites.

Do you handle e-commerce sites?

Yes. We can handle any type of site. Please contact us if you need specific help. We can set up a custom plan.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes.

Can I get a discount if I sign up for a year?

For new Clients we currently only offer month to month plans. For established Clients please inquire about our yearly rates.

I have a lot of creative people adding content to the site, will this affect their work?

Keeping your WordPress core and plugins up-to-date could help your bloggers with new tools not previously available if you are running older plugins. If you have a large number of contributors we will work with you to ensure that everyone is happy. We are also early adopters to Gutenberg and can help with this transition.

Where do you store the backups? How long are they kept?

Backups are stored securely either on our Amazon S3 or Dropbox.

What is database optimization?

When WordPress core or certain plugins are updated it is sometimes necessary to run a database optimization to clean out old tables or create new ones.

Are there any restoration fees if you have to use a backup to restore the site?

If you are currently on one of our plans then restoration is free. If you are not currently on one of our plans there is a $350 restoration fee.

Can I use any of my unused support tickets? 

A support ticket is valid for 30 days and is good for 30 minutes (great for text updates, photo updates or other basic content revisions). Any work performed over the 30 minute limit will be billed on an hourly basis.
