Please note: There is a $75 setup fee for sites that were not developed by Willhouse. An administrator account and access to the server via FTP/SFTP are required to set up a service plan.

We have worked with many different web hosting companies large and small. We also know Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and Node.js frameworks like Gatsby and Jekyll. We know how to speak their language to get things done. If there are any server-related issues we will work with the hosting company/service to get them resolved.

At present, we do not technical support WordPress Multisite, WordPress Multi-network, or WordPress.com sites. However, we do provide content and design management for these sites.

Yes. We can handle any type of site. Please contact us if you need specific help. We can set up a custom plan.

Yes. However, there are no refunds after payment has been processed but please contact us by writing and we will cancel future payments.

Yes, we can create a plan that the payment reoccurs once a year, rather than on a month-to-month basis.

We provide services for sites that have a team of contributors and are able to collectively work in unison. All while keeping your WordPress core and plugins up-to-date this service can help the success of your site and contributors.

Backups are stored securely either on our Amazon S3 or Dropbox.

A monthly support ticket is valid for that month and does not roll over to the next month. The time is for 30 minutes of work. Support tickets are great for text updates, tech support, photo updates, or other basic content revisions). Any work performed over the 30-minute limit will be billed on an hourly basis. Our current hourly rate (Jan 2023) is $200 per hr.

An example could be the following: changes in your restaurant menu, changes within your company employee roster, or perhaps you just need to fix a broken link to an outdated article. As well as technical features such as the Instagram feed plug-in has been updated to the latest version but is needing a tweak to look just right on your page this task would be a great example.

We are early adopters to Gutenberg and can help with this transition.

The one limit is that we only work on one domain. For example, if you hire us to manage your website at myamazingproduct.com we do not extend tickets to your other website at myOTHERamazingproduct.com.

The bottom line is we want to provide you with the best return on your investment. If we can get done what you need done then we will do it. If it falls outside our specific experience then we can provide assistance with support or communicating with other software developers.
