Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accepting the service Proposal. Throughout this document Willhouse will be referred to as “Willhouse” or “We”. The Client will be referred to as “You”, “Your” or “The Client”.

The Client’s access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to you for the life of your service plan with Willhouse.

By accepting the Service Plan Proposal you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not be enrolled in the service plan.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Payments

You will be billed on a monthly basis.

For your convenience we offer auto-pay to make your service subscription payments easily. Simply pay your first invoice with your credit card and that card will be securely kept on file and automatically charged at the due date stated on all subsequent invoices. Please note, there is a 3% surcharge added to invoice amount for credit card payments.

If you choose to pay by check then please send payment by the due date on the invoice. Your service plan may be cancelled due to late payment and your support tickets will be forfeit.

Content

During the life of your Service plan Willhouse may post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You represent to Willhouse and unconditionally guarantee that any Content furnished to Willhouse are owned by the Client, or that the Client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Willhouse and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client. Willhouse reserves the right to assign subcontractors to this project to insure the right fit for the job as well as on- time completion.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

During the life of your plan fluctuations in the price of your plan may occur. If this the case you will be notified within 30 days of the change.

Authorization

The Client authorizes Willhouse access to the web hosting account, Control Panel and FTP of the website(s) put under our care. The Client will ensure that Willhouse be granted an Administration Account on any CMS (Content Management Systems).

The Client may need to provide Willhouse with user name and password credentials for any services that require our access. Willhouse will make a written request for any credentials should the need arise.

No Warranty

Due to the collaborative nature of of certain internet based systems Willhouse does not warrant that the functions contained in the website will be uninterrupted or error- free. In no event will Willhouse be liable to the Client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate these web pages or website. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Cancellation

Feel free to cancel your service plan at any time by emailing: support@willhousecreative.com and requesting cancellation. If any refund applies please allow up to 4 weeks. Please note that all unused support tickets will be forfeit.
