Important Notes
The Client authorizes Willhouse to access their web hosting account, and authorizes the web hosting service to provide Willhouse with read/write permissions in order to manipulate the website.
Due to the collaborative nature of Open Source Software, Willhouse does not warrant that the functions contained in the website will be uninterrupted or error- free. In no event will Willhouse be liable to the Client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate these web pages or website. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Liability — In no case shall Developer be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages or loss, including, with out limitation, lost profits or the inability to use Web Site or access to data, whether such damages are based upon a breach of express or implied warranties, breach of contract, negligence, strict tort, or any other legal theory. This is true even if Developer is advised of the possibility of such damages. In no case will Developer’s liability exceed the amount of the contract price actually paid by Licensee to Developer.
