The Client authorizes Willhouse to access their office building. This may include keys to the building and/or access after business hours. Willhouse may need to install accessories to the wall via screws or nails. Every effort will be made to keep noise to a minimum and a clean work space.


Liability — In no case shall Willhouse be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages or loss, including, with out limitation, lost profits from the inability to use of the network or access to data, whether such damages are based upon a breach of express or implied warranties, breach of contract, negligence, strict tort, or any other legal theory. This is true even if Willhouse is advised of the possibility of such damages.


Property Liability – In no case shall Willhouse be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages or loss, including, with out limitation, against loss or damage due to theft, fire, vandalism, damage, etc.
