Do you require a deposit for a photo session?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date in our schedule. As well as a signed contract.
What if I do not live in Ventura?
Our work has allowed us to see numerous destinations through my lens, such as the Caribbean, the Pacific Northwest, several wine regions, the Colorado Mountains, and the American South. The energy of discovering a new place is electrifying and exciting, but we also come prepared with back-up supplies, prep for weather events, scout locations, and do any initial research to perform my best work.
Will you help with locations & wardrobe?
Yes, we can help you with scouting locations, props, searching/hiring models, and other services, such as helping with styling.
What is your photography style?
A blend of lifestyle, editorial, and documentary style photography. We like to capture authentic moments, but also help our clients with guiding them into natural poses and creating a comfortable and fun experience to bring out their natural personality. With product and food photography, we bring the subject to life with props, styling, and good lighting.
How many images will I receive?
On average, you will receive approximately 25-45 images per one-hour session. Depending on factors such as whether multiple locations are required, outfit changes, time spent styling product shots, and any other factors. We carefully go through all the images taken and remove any photos that have awkward moments (blinking eyes), test shots, and repetitive images.
