Brand Design

Located in a restored 1920s garage and gas station in Los Alamos, California, the Maker’s Son embodies the rustic nature of California’s central coast and pays homage to all the “makers” who have come before us to build and contribute to the special communities we call home.

We chose a color palette with rich hues and neutrals, fonts that had a slight 1920’s feel. The visuals represented objects you can find on the grounds of the restaurant: the vintage gas station pumps, anvil, cacti, and cowboy hats.
